Products once sold cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.​

If the product gets damaged during shipping, we will refund the same. It is subject to the recipient sending us the product photo within 24 hours of delivery to our email id ntwined.online@gmail.com. Once the item is approved for a refund, the item needs to be shipped back through any of the courier services by the customer. Upon receiving the item, we will initiate the refund as well as the courier charge.
