• Our products are packed with utmost care in a secure tamper-proof manner. If the package arrived tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person. Please email us at ntwined.online@gmail.com mentioning your order ID and we’ll do the needful. If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner. Return and exchange are not accepted post delivery.
